Katie Schloss

Katie Schloss is a consultant, executive coach, and graduate student at the University of Chicago’s Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice. Upon graduating, Katie worked in beauty and fashion PR before launching her own business — garnering the attention of celebrities, including Allison Williams and Jennifer Lawrence. Among others, Katie also catered to the needs of top media outlets, such as Brides, Cosmopolitan, Good Morning America, InStyle, People StyleWatch, Real Simple, and The Today Show.

Ultimately licensing the company’s signature Map Necklace to A.JAFFE, a top engagement ring brand, Katie worked for various female-founded start-ups. She then attended the prestigious Iowa Writers’ Workshop summer program and landed a job working for a division of Penguin Random House. Today, after a life-changing event that shifted her trajectory, Katie lives in Chicago and bridges consulting and executive coaching to help high-achieving optimists dare for more.
